1) Debian10升级到10.7
2) 更新toybrick源
3) RKNN升级到1.6.0
4) opencv-python: 4.5.1.48
5) numpy: 1.16.3
6) rknn-toolkit: 1.6.0
7) pytorch: 1.6.0
8) 支持EC20 4G模块；
说明：必须更新升级内核到V3.0
